Cover Supervisor
Actual annual salary: £22,307.35 - £24,511.09
Salary Scale Point 12 (range 12-17)
Pattern of hours: Monday to Friday 7.45am – 3.15pm (35 hours total) with a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak each day
Term time only plus 2 additional days

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team within a school judged by OFSTED as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, a school where both student achievement and attitudes to learning are amongst the best in the region.We are a fantastic learning community, set in one of Yorkshire’s most scenic areas, whose facilities have been further enhanced by the completion of a multi-million pound refurbishment and expansion project. This post is required from September 2025. Previous experience would be desirable but full training will be provided.

We are looking for:
* someone with the ability to provide consistent professional standards regarding work and behaviour
* a colleague who is able to provide administrative and technical support to subject departments and the Cover Manager
* provideexamination supervision and accompany school trips, as necessary
* someone who has the presence to maintain a productive classroom environment and keep students on task
