* Process Excellence: Optimise key sales processes from lead management to deal desk support, removing bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
* Technology & Data: Own CRM systems and sales analytics, ensuring data integrity and high adoption. Identify and deploy automation tools to enhance productivity.
* Leadership: Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales effectiveness and guide decision-making. Lead and grow a high-performing global Sales Operations team.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution and compliance. Proven experience leading Sales or Revenue Operations in a global B2B IT, Technology, or Managed Services environment.
* Strong analytical and process optimisation skills, with expertise in CRM systems and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
* Deep understanding of end-to-end sales processes (Lead-to-Cash).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
