We are recruiting for a Social Value Coordinator to support projects across the North of England and the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key public‑facing role, acting as the main point of contact between residents, the project team and local stakeholders.
The role would suit someone with experience in a resident‑facing or social value position. A background in construction is desirable but not essential - what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, build trust and represent with professionalism and empathy.
As Social Value Coordinator, you will help ensure successful project delivery by providing timely, transparent communication, managing residents’ queries and complaints, and fostering positive relationships within the local community.
Skills Required:
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
* Confidence in presenting to groups and engaging with diverse audiences
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong customer‑service mindset
* Flexibility to travel to different sites across the UK
