An exciting permanent HR BP job, within a growing, developing distribution organisation in Milton Keynes. A fantastic opportunity within a business where you can make a difference and bring your ideas and creativity and work with autonomy. Hybrid-3 days office based in Milton Keynes, 2 days based from home.
Your new role
As a permanent HR BP you will report to the HR Director and be part of a busy HR team. Duties will be both strategic and hands-on operational.
Duties will include:
Drive and deliver the people strategy
Collaborate with the HR Director to embed the organisational development programme
Create and embed Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.
Help cultivate a workplace where every individual can thrive and contribute their unique skills to the collective success of the organisation.
1. Support HR Director in the delivery of learning and development solutions, thinking beyond existing methods to maximise the potential of the people.
2. Act as an ambassador and champion for HR and cultural initiatives by fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
3. Manage employee relations issues when required, including sickness absence, performance improvement, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working etc.
4. This role will require travel from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP within a fast-pacedmercial organisation.
You must have experience managing the end-end TUPE process, including consultations and due diligence.
You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
