How We’re Organized
Corporate and Workplace Solutions includes the following pillars: Workplace Experience, the Office of Global Security, Regional Office Leadership, and Chief Operating Officer, which includes CWS Engineering.
* Workplace Experience: Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities, including On-Site Solutions, Events, Client & Production Engineering, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development, and Capital Management.
* The Office of Global Security: Manages personnel protection, physical security, fire safety, and crisis management, including Risk and Health & Safety departments.
* Regional Office Leadership: Supports regional priorities in Dallas and Salt Lake City.
* Chief Operating Officer (COO): Drives strategic cohesion and efficiency across divisions, including CWS Management and CWS Engineering.
TEAM & ROLE OVERVIEW
Property Management manages day-to-day operations of the firm’s real estate assets across the Americas, focusing on enhancing workplace experience, service delivery, and process development. This position reports to the EMEA Head of Property Management and involves:
* Developing relationships with key stakeholders.
* Resolving issues and improving operations.
* Using data analytics to optimize building operations.
* Implementing cost-effective strategies aligned with firm goals.
* Managing vendor relationships and contracts.
* Developing and managing budgets.
* Supporting design standards and FF&E requirements for new projects.
* Project management of interior fit-outs and upgrades.
* Participating in real estate planning and capital projects.
* Monitoring KPIs and managing incidents.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Minimum of 5 years in Property Management or Hospitality facilities operations
* Vendor management and client engagement skills
* Innovative mindset focused on workplace experience
* Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
* Time management and problem-solving skills
