Key Duties
1. Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care, uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practices and keep patient records current.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
4. Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
5. Diagnose and assess alignment problems, bite issues, and structural concerns in both adults and children.
6. Provide orthodontic treatments such as fitting retainers, placing spacers, applying bands to teeth, fitting, adjusting, and monitoring braces and other orthodontic appliances.
7. Monitor and track patient progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Willingness to relocate to Australia.
2. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
3. Unrestricted APHRA specialist registration.
4. Current professional indemnity insurance or ability to obtain it.
5. Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with AHPRA, including associated visas (support provided).
6. Relevant specialist qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
7. Experienced periodontist with strong background in periodontics.
8. Commitment to high standards of patient-centered care and clinical excellence, with willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
