What You Can Expect
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned territory (Central London) and representing the company professionally. You will work to meet regional sales goals and maintain profitability by adhering to pricing policies.
How You'll Create Impact
* Sell the company's products exclusively as directed by management strategies.
* Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel in the territory.
* Receive training on Zimmer products; assist in surgical procedures or patient interventions is not permitted.
* Follow up on leads and visits promptly.
* Adhere to sales strategies and pricing policies.
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products.
* Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and training.
* Maintain samples and instrumentation responsibly.
* Contribute to stock checks and inventory management.
* Report performance and activities regularly to the Sales Manager.
* Keep hospital record cards updated.
* Provide forecasts and market insights as needed.
* Allocate resources to cover hospitals within the territory effectively.

* Experience in selling medical devices successfully.
* Understanding of medical language and anatomy for surgeon interactions.
* Knowledge of product portfolio.
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
* Minimum college education, preferably with a business degree.
* Knowledge of the local territory and hospital personnel.
