Candidate Requirements
* HND level education or equivalent, with professional qualifications in construction, housing, or property.
* Experience in delivering housing investment programs and managing teams across regions.
* Knowledge of building law, contracts, and health & safety regulations.
* Experience reporting to executive and board levels.
* IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and a full UK driving license.
