What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting client and third-party agent bookings across multiple systems
* Managing the Hospitality inbox and responding to customer queries with professionalism and flair
* Handling reporting and a variety of administrative tasks
* Collaborating closely with our Sales, Customer Service, and Hospitality Operations teams
* Providing hands-on support during event days to help ensure everything runs smoothly
