Corporate Associate (M&A / Private Equity) London
MAP Legal is instructed on behalf of a leading international law firm to recruit a Corporate Associate for its London office.
This role offers the opportunity to join a highly regarded corporate team with a strong focus on M&A and Private Equity transactions, acting for an impressive client base that includes financial sponsors, corporates, and management teams.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of high-quality transactional work, including:
* Domestic and cross-border M&A
* Private equity investments and exits
* Joint ventures and strategic transactions
* General corporate advisory matters
You will work closely with partners and senior associates on complex, market-leading deals, with early responsibility and meaningful client exposure.
The Candidate
Applicants should:
* Have 3–6 years’ PQE
* Have trained and/or gained experience at a comparable City or international firm
* Possess strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
