Job Summary
Nurse at Home is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes, supporting them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
* Supporting clients with daily living activities and maintaining independence
* Preparing meals and assisting with feeding and nutrition
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
* Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
* Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health and wellbeing
* Supporting clients to attend appointments or social activities
* Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
* Caring, compassionate, and patient
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
* Flexible with working hours
Desirable (not essential)
* Previous experience in care or support work
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
