This financial services company based in Central London is recruiting for a Customer Service/Business Development Executive to join their team on a temporary basis. This company is a rapidly-growing company with proven success and a clear, innovative, strategic plan. This role is 5 days/week (Monday to Friday), 8 hours/day with all 5 days in the office.
Your new role
Reporting to the Co-Founder, the purpose of this role will be to handle outbound calls to customers and prospective clients, with the duties including:
* Understanding the needs and preferences of customers.
* Introducing products/services and generating sales leads.
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Fielding any queries and questions and assisting with solutions.
* Collaborating with the team to drive forward strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
