An exciting opportunity has arisen for The Seahorse, founded by Mitch Tonks and Mat Prowse, awarded 28 of the Best Restaurants in the UK and recently featured on channel 4 remarkable places to eat is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead and direct the front of house team.
The Seahorse is a well-established restaurant that has been a place to gather for conversation and debate, and to enjoy the local seafood for the last 15 years. Fresh fish, seasonal ingredients, carefully selected wines and the love of Italian cookery underpin everything we do here. This is such a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced general manager who is looking for their next challenge to progress their career situated by the sea, who wants to feel part of a professional family to continue the success of this well-loved iconic restaurant by the water.
As Restaurant Manager you will have a genuine passion for true hospitality, restaurants and developing people. You will be hands on supporting & leading your team to drive the business forward. By working closely with our Head Chef and the front of house teams, your priority is to deliver exceptional food and service in the restaurant, private dining and bar, that is in keeping with the heritage of The Seahorse.
