As a support worker, you will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living. Your will work as part of a flexible rota including weekends, bank holidays and sleepovers. There is an expectation of 2 regular sleep in's each week. Sleep in's are paid at £70 each sleep, this equates to £ 7,280.00 per year extra.
