Job Description
A property client based in Central London is looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support the slick London headquarters. The team assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support for all the team, being the first point of contact for the smooth running of the office. Core duties will include warmly welcoming all guests, answering calls, managing reception responsibilities, oversee office essentials, including ordering stationery, booking meeting rooms, offering refreshments, and restocking kitchen supplies, administrative duties will also include assisting with presentations and reports. The assistant will also take on additional overflow work from Executive Assistants and PAs, as well as support directors with any further required tasks.
Chosen candidate will need to have a professional, welcoming manner as well as have a proactive attitude towards their work and be able to work effectively in a team and learn and grow within the business. Knowledge of Microsoft office is a must as well as having a minimum of 12 months office administrator experience.
This position is fully office‑based, working five days a week from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
