Engineering Foreman Hours and Benefits Salary negotiable dependant on experience and expectations 37.5 Hours per week, 8:00am 4:00pm Monday to Friday Overtime and bonus opportunities This position is commutable from Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Burntwood Engineering Foreman Candidate Requirements Solid engineering background with practical, hands-on experience.
CNC machining expertise.
Organised, proactive, and quality focused.
Fabrication/fitting experience is a bonus.
Any exposure to heavy engineering / castings or foundry would be highly advantageous.
Engineering Foreman Key responsibilities Lead a small engineering team and keep workflow on track.
Read and work from engineering drawings to precision tolerances.
Operate CNC milling and lathe machines (medium/large components utilizing XYZ or Haas).
Fabricate and fit components where needed.
