The Role
As a Breakfast Chef, you will:
* Prepare and execute a high-standard breakfast
offering for guests and staff.
* Maintain quality, consistency, and
presentation across all breakfast dishes.
* Work efficiently to meet tight service
windows and dietary requirements.
* Support the staff welfare meal programme as
part of your daily responsibilities.
* Assist with morning prep for other sections
as needed.
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen
protocols diligently.

listed Edwardian manor, combines cultural elegance with modern charm. We offer
an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club with 31 bedrooms and
suites.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are
passionate about excellence and culture.
You will have:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar
breakfast chef role at a comparable standard.
* Excellent organisational skills and the
ability to manage early service alone or in small teams.
* Strong communication and a calm, professional
demeanour under time pressure.
* A clear understanding of allergen handling
and food safety best practice.
* The ability to follow recipes precisely while
presenting with creativity.
* Flexibility to work early starts, weekends,
and occasional split shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook all breakfast menu items to
standard.
* Organise mise en place and stock rotation for
the breakfast section.
* Keep accurate records of fridge temperatures,
allergens, and cleaning checks.
* Communicate with FOH for special guest or
member requests.
* Support staff food provision as scheduled.
* Maintain clean and compliant kitchen
practices.
