We are currently supporting a well established Bradford based business in the search for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a 3–6 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly while supporting a busy finance function.
Working closely with the transactional finance team, you’ll play an important role in supporting day to day finance and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks
* Processing invoices and assisting with purchase and sales ledger activities
* Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
* Handling finance-related queries and liaising with internal teams
* Assisting with reconciliations and basic reporting where required
* Ensuring data is kept up to date across internal systems
About You
* Previous experience in a finance administration or accounts support role
* Comfortable working with financial data and maintaining accuracy
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Excel and finance systems
* Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Available to start immediately or at short notice
