What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and coaching a team of Business Development Managers to hit ambitious fleet sales targets.
* Developing and executing regional strategies to grow market share and revenue.
* Owning relationships with major fleet clients, negotiating high-value deals and ensuring long-term retention.
* Carrying a personal sales target focused on key accounts for sustained growth.
What You’ll Need to Bring
* Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a strong track record in B2B fleet sales.
* Deep knowledge of commercial vehicles (LCVs) and consultative selling techniques.
* Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, backed by CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
* A valid UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel nationwide.
