About the Role:
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will:
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
* Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
* Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests with confidence and care
* Process reservations and room allocations
* Ensure accurate billing and payment handling
* Promote hotel facilities and outlets, including dining at Koukash, relaxing at Eforea Spa, and enjoying Café Mosaic
* Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service
