The Role
We’re looking for a newly qualified finance graduate to join our growing finance team — someone eager to start their career, learn quickly and help us build smarter financial processes as we scale. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a recent finance, accounting or business graduate looking to start their first role in industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day finance operations including invoices, purchase orders and expense processing
* Support accounts payable and receivable processes
* Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
* Support UK payments as processes transition
* Support month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations
* Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
* Assist with cash monitoring
* Maintain and improve financial spreadsheets
* Support finance team with month-end processes
* Contribute to improving financial systems and processes as the business grows
* Help the team with the accounts reconciliation.
* Communicate to the wider team about the media plans
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
* Looking for their first full-time role in finance
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Good Excel / spreadsheet skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and time management
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Desirable
* Internship, placement year or part-time experience in finance
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, NetSuite)
* Interest in working in media, marketing or creative industries
