Base pay range
Contract: Permanent
Location: Manchester City Centre (Fully office based)
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Structure: Mon-Sun (5 days a week, 1 weekend shift every 3 weeks- either a Saturday or Sunday).
Interview: 1 stage- f2f
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Employment Law Consultant/HR Advisor to join a well-known and established HR consultancy in the heart of Manchester. This role requires you to work in a team providing legally compliant solutions to clients via telephone/email in all aspects of HR and Employment Law, to support the business needs of the individual clients.
What you\'ll do:
* Continually update personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law
* Achieve set performance aims to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set SLAs.
* Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
* Log all advice accurately onto the internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
* Provide clients with bespoke supporting information/documentation to assist them in implementing the solutions provided.
* Review client documentation and provide advice, accordingly, taking their applicable internal terms and conditions into account in each case.
* Undertake and report on client visits as required by the Advisory Service Managers
* Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable to ensure high-quality handovers.

What you bring:
* Proven experience in Human Resources or related field
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and Employment Law
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
