To which has now recently completed its acquisition of EvCargo Distribution and Solutions growing its General Haulage division Salary: Competitive Shift: Mon - Fri, 40 hr week Location: Ashby de la Zouch Main duties include: Be the main point of contact with the customer for information sharing and issue resolution. Develop strong working relationships and trust with key contacts. Ensure cost and service compliance to internal and customer processes. Take ownership and responsibility from the initial order through to successful delivery. Proactively monitor all areas of key sensitivity ensuring compliance to process and customer request. Responsible for compilation and distribution of relevant reports and KPI’s. Key skills and experience required: Previous customer service experience along with excellent customer service skills. Previous experience of working within a small team environment. Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity. Excellent telephone manner. Excellent attention to detail Administration skills.
