Computershare has an excellent opportunity to join our global technology department as a Service Desk Analyst. Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst looking for your next role, or are you passionate about technology and seeking your first step into the field?

A role you'll love
This position is within our Global Tech Support (GTS) department in Edinburgh, supporting our global employees with IT issues. We seek candidates willing to work the 2pm-10pm shift and participate in a weekend rotation (once every 4-6 weeks).
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll manage first-line support tasks, log incidents, prioritize requests, and aim for first contact resolution. You'll also keep documentation up to date and look for process improvements and automation opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Logging, categorizing, and prioritizing incidents
* Building relationships across teams
* Ensuring compliance with audit requirements, regulations, and SLAs
What you bring to the role
We're looking for passionate individuals with a keen interest in technology, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and communicate effectively are essential.
Additional requirements:
* Experience in a technical environment or relevant studies in technology
* Understanding of ITIL frameworks (highly advantageous)
* Strong documentation and process awareness
* Curiosity and willingness to improve processes
