We are looking for exceptional people to coordinate the care and support of people going through recovery from alcohol and/or drugs
You will need to have experience of managing caseloads of people and know how to manage risk and minimise harm. You will also need knowledge of alcohol and related issues, through a previous professional role, academic study or from personal recovery experience.
Where: Nottinghamshire (based with our Worksop & Newark team)
When: We’re looking to get the right people in to the team ASAP
Hours: 37.5 per week / Full time (although reduced hours can be considered)
Salary: £27,449,52 - £31,529,41 dependent on experience

As an Alcohol Recovery Coordinator, you'll play a vital part in guiding individuals toward positive outcomes by steering their personalised recovery journeys through comprehensive assessment and support planning.
Your responsibilities will include managing their involvement in group programs, treatment options, and individual sessions, always prioritising risk management and harm reduction, for primary alcohol users.
We're seeking someone open, compassionate, and driven to offer exceptional care and support. If you're self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in collaborating with diverse teams internally and externally, you're precisely who we're looking for.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
1. Experience managing caseloads
2. Strong knowledge of alcohol-related harm and risks
3. Dedication to multi-agency collaboration and partnership establishment
4. Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with high IT competency
5. Effective time management and ability to work independently
6. Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills to support colleagues in achieving service objectives
7. Good understanding of mental health interventions, services, and best practices
8. Familiarity with alcohol and some drug-related issues, with relevant field experience
