Welcome and support new residents and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive move-in experience. Plan and deliver engaging social activities and events that bring connection, joy, and purpose to daily life. Lead, mentor, and develop staff through effective coaching, training, and support. Build strong relationships with external partners and maintain our reputation for excellence. Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulations are followed to protect and enhance the wellbeing of residents and staff. Who We're Looking For: A minimum of Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification. At least 3 years' experience working with older people, ideally in a supported living or care home setting. Proven experience managing teams and budgets. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
