Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support our partnership fundraisers, helping them to flourish and deliver excellent supporter experiences.
- Build and manage a diverse portfolio of income streams, including corporate, community and group partnerships.
- Drive growth while stewarding existing relationships, ensuring we protect what we’ve built while expanding for the future.
- Represent St Luke’s externally, meeting supporters face‑to‑face, delivering engaging presentations and acting as an ambassador for our work.
- Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our supporters and partners.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a joined‑up, consistent and impactful approach to fundraising.
- Show genuine love for working with people and building authentic relationships.
- Be confident and engaging, able to present and influence in a variety of settings.
- Bring energy, initiative and a growth mindset, identifying opportunities to expand income and reach.
