As Head Chef, youll be the creative and operational driving force in the kitchen. Youll design and deliver a menu rooted in authentic French cookery think velvety sauces, perfectly cooked meats, delicate pastries, and rustic regional favourites all with exceptional presentation and flavour.
About the role:
Lead all kitchen operations, from menu development to cost control.
Build, train, and inspire a team that shares your passion for French cuisine.
Work closely with trusted suppliers to source the freshest seasonal produce.
Ensure top-tier food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Play a key role in the launch, shaping how the restaurant is perceived from opening night.
About you:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a French restaurant or bistro.
Understands traditional French techniques and flavour profiles inside-out.
Be confident balancing creativity with commercial awareness.
Thrive in a busy, high-pressure service environment.
