Projects Legal Director / Partner (8PQE+)
This leading Global outfit are actively seeking an experienced Projects Lawyer, to join their market leading, best-in-class Projects Group, from Birmingham.
Working in a progressive firm of this profile, means access to an enviable and high-quality international client base, alongside the opportunity to regularly work closely with the wider European & Global groups on cross-jurisdictional matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a Chambers Ranked Projects Group; on high profile, interesting and complex matters; the team have a broad offering to include;
* Development & Investments
* Finance & Refinancings
* Acquisitions & Disposals
* Energy Transition Projects (Renewable, Oil & Gas)
* Contracts (EPCs, O&Ms etc).

Experience in all the above is not essential, with the ability to shape the role around you. However you will need prior in Renewables; as this comes with the opportunity to work with an industry leading Partner in this space.
The department are thinking long-term with these hires and want to provide a great level of client exposure and want someone to take an active and key role within the team.

Remuneration: £130,000 – £150,000 +(Depending on experience)
