They help tradespeople become successful business owners through a range of training solutions, including 12-month business academies, seminar sessions, and retreats. On average, theyve helped businesses grow their sales by 400%. Due to a huge expansion plan, theyre now looking for a Telesales Manager to lead a team of 15 telesales agents based in Peterborough. Youll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing your team to convert B2B calls into secured event attendances for our clients training discovery days. This will be working with both cold and warm leads.

What Youll Do
* Lead, coach, and manage a team of 15 telesales agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Drive performance through effective training, call monitoring, and real-time feedback.
* Manage KPI reporting and pipeline performance to maximise conversion rates.
* Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business growth.
* Foster a competitive, positive, and high-energy team culture.
The Candidate
* Proven experience managing a telesales team in a high-volume, small ticket environment.
* Ability to commute to Peterborough daily
* Strong track record in short sales cycles and closing deals over the phone.
* Ability to manage both cold and warm leads effectively.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills.
