Senior Practitioner – Practice Developer
Tripod is looking to speak to Senior practitioners with a Practice Developer qualification.
Location: East Midlands
Pay: £38 p/h (umbrella)
Duration: 12‑month fixed period within the Learning and Development Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the induction and learning of new international Social Workers, starting with an in‑person 3‑week induction on 27 April, and thereafter facilitating a hybrid working arrangement (minimum two days in office). Provide 1:1 support during visits and meetings.
* Assist in developing and delivering training and development programmes for the wider workforce.
* Support recruitment of a new cohort of International Social Workers and implement Family Help.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 4 years of frontline Social Work practice, including long‑term experience.
