Overview
Mortgage Advisor - Middlesbrough and Darlington. PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well-established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The PRIMIS partner firm is a 150-advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co, and Intercounty.
Role and Responsibilities
* Provide mortgage and protection advisory services to clients referred through partner estate agencies.
* Support the busy Reeds Rains estate agency businesses in Middlesbrough and Darlington.
* Operate on either an employed or self-employed basis, with leads provided by the partnering estate agency branches.
Location and Working Arrangements
* Location: Middlesbrough and Darlington
* Role can be full office-based or hybrid working
Compensation
* Employed: base salary between £30,000 and £35,000 DOE with an OTE of £70,000+
* Self-employed: 70% on self-generated business with leads provided at 45%
Requirements
* CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location
