We have a great opportunity to join us as a Sales Apprentice. At Evri our Sales apprenticeship schemes are all about creating our future sales leaders, you’ll be working as part of our core Telesales team where you’ll be supported every step of the way, enjoying structured training and the chance to shine! Plus, if you successfully complete the apprenticeship, you'll gain the Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard and the Association of Professional Sales Level 4 Diploma in Executive Selling, providing you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your sales career. 1. Identifying and developing a personal prospect pipeline of sufficient quality and quantity to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets as set by the business.
2. Managing the Sales Inbox to ensure that all Sales Enquiries are answered within SLA. Prospect potential new business opportunities that are suitable for the EVRi Business Account Model.
3. Managing and recording sales activity and sales process through the EVRi CRM System.
4. Onboarding new clients in a timely manner to meet projected Go-Live dates.
5. Ensuring all new clients have a full understanding of EVRi Customer Service processes and have all the tools and contacts required to self-serve across all areas of the business.
6. Monitoring the performance of new Clients to ensure they trade to profile across all products and services within 4 weeks of go-live.
7. Ensuring that new clients are ready to handover over within 6 weeks of trading.
8. Resolving escalations and Account queries.
9. Delivering high quality calls and written communications with customers to required standard.
10. Working collaboratively across with the wider Telesales, Field Sales and Account Management Teams to help foster a supportive team culture.
11. Working with local Operations Teams to promote new client awareness and to ensure expected level of service is achieved.

13. Creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
14. Ability to forge relationships with the internal stakeholders.
15. Passion for selling and motivated to smash sales targets.
16. Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator.
17. Analytical and good with numbers.

Qualifications / Experience:

18. A Level or equivalent Maths (Grade C)
19. A Level or equivalent Other (Grade C)
20. Professional and IT literature with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
21. Experience within a sales role would be advantageous
22. An understanding of e-Commerce would be advantageous
