We work with a range of clients across permanent and contract recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
The Role:
We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 1 year agency recruitment experience. This is a full 360 role covering business development, candidate delivery, and account management.
Depending on your background, you’ll recruit across permanent and/or contract roles, managing your own desk and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business through outbound BD, networking, referrals, and market research.
* Build and manage client relationships across Construction, Engineering, and Renewable Energy.
* Take detailed job briefs and advise clients on market conditions and hiring strategies.
* Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Manage offers, negotiations, and placement processes.
* Deliver permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM and ATS systems.
* Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities.
* Work towards individual revenue targets and KPIs.
* Represent Just Construction professionally in client meetings and industry settings.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a 360 agency recruitment role.
* Background in Construction, Engineering, or a related technical market preferred.
* Proven ability to win new business and manage client accounts.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially minded and target-driven.
* Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
