Position Summary
Royal Hampshire County Hospital (RHCH) has a vacancy for a CT Clinical Site Lead to join our dedicated team of radiographers offering outstanding CT services to our patients. You will be joining the department at a very exciting time when our Radiology Department has engaged in a fully managed equipment replacement programme. This will result in a departmental refurbishment and installation of new imaging equipment incorporating the latest technology.
RHCH has two brand new Canon CT scanners – one Prime and one Prism – and a further CT scanner located at our CDC site in Andover. The post holder will rotate across all sites and work closely with our sister site in Basingstoke.
Responsibilities
• Lead the CT service at RHCH, taking accountability for training and protocol management. • Manage rotation across all sites and ensure seamless service delivery. • Participate in extended day, night and weekend services. • Contribute to the overall imaging programme, supporting specialist services for rare and complex illnesses, including cardiac, trauma, body imaging, CT colonography, vascular, oncological, MSK, trauma and neurological studies, as well as CT‑led interventional radiology procedures and an ablation service.

* Experienced CT radiographer with effective leadership skills.
* Proactive approach to providing outstanding care for every patient.
* Well‑organised team player with excellent clinical knowledge.
* Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise ever‑changing worklists.
* Excellent working knowledge of CT and patient safety.
