Responsibilities
* Proactively generating new sales opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic prospecting.
* Identifying and qualifying commercial leads for EV charging solutions.
* Managing the full sales cycle, including discovery, survey coordination, quotation preparation, solution presentation, and handover to our Projects team.
* Collaborating with Project Engineers to create tailored quotes and technical proposals.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records for all outbound/inbound activity, calls, emails, meetings, and pipeline progress.
* Producing weekly and monthly reports to track sales activity, pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and wins/losses.
* Supporting the Projects team post-sale to ensure a smooth and successful installation.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary - £27,000 base salary with on-target commission earnings of £20,000 per annum. Plus, commission is uncapped, so the earning potential is limitless!
* Annual leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Public holidays apply, plus an extra day for your birthday.

About you
* Proven success in outbound B2B or B2C sales roles with full-cycle ownership.
* Confident on the phone and skilled at creating new opportunities from scratch.
* Driven by results, motivated by targets, and excited by success.
* Excellent communicator, relationship builder and able to persuade and close with confidence.
* Highly organised, tech-savvy, and capable of juggling multiple deals and deadlines.
* Comfortable using CRM systems to manage your pipeline; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
* Experience in the EV charging, solar, or broader renewable energy sector is a big plus.
