We're looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company that values hard work, a good sense of humour, and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Sales and Purchase Ledger entry and reconciliation
 * Credit Control - chasing payments and managing outstanding invoices
 * Processing daily quotes and conducting SOP/POP checks
 * Material usage checks and cost tracking
 * Recording and reconciling financial transactions in the general ledger
 * Using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and Tradify
 * Client financial analysis and reporting
 * Supporting budgeting and forecasting tasks
What We're Looking For:
 * Previous experience in an accounts or finance admin role
 * Familiarity with Sage, Xero, and Tradify (or similar platforms)
 * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
 * Good communication skills - especially for liaising with clients
