Exciting Dispute/Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our client's Litigation team. This role involves supporting our client's lawyers with a variety of administrative tasks, case management duties, and general team responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a paralegal qualification and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Provide general support to the team on a wide range of matters, predominantly those of a disputed nature involving civil proceedings, summons, adjudications, arbitrations, mediation, and building safety.
2. Ensure performance data is accurately captured and assist in the preparation of performance reports for the Board and the Executive.
3. Assist with caseload management including managing deadlines, reporting obligations, and preparing legal letters and documents.
4. Assist with court proceedings - preparing bundles, ensuring efficient and accurate filing/submission of documents, tracking timelines, assisting with instructions, and reviewing evidence. Attendance at hearings and inquiries may be required.
