Large Format Printer Operator\nNorthampton\n £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)\n\nWe’re representing a highly regarded print and display production specialist based in Northampton. Known for delivering premium-quality work across a wide range of sectors, they pride themselves on precision, creativity, and excellent customer service.\n\nThey’re now looking for an experienced Large Format Printer Operator to join their skilled production team. If you have experience running EFI Vutek printers (or similar large format digital presses), producing high-quality graphics, and ensuring consistent output, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.\n\nWorking hours for the role are 8am - 4:30pm.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nOperating EFI Vutek large format printers to produce a wide range of high-quality print and display graphics.\nPreparing and setting up print files, materials, and substrates to ensure accurate output.\nMonitoring print runs for colour accuracy, quality, and consistency, adjusting as needed.\nPerforming daily maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment.\nCollaborating with finishing and dispatch teams to meet production deadlines and client specifications.\nMaintaining high standards of quality control and safe working practices in a busy production environment.What We’re Looking For\n\nProven experience operating EFI Vutek or similar large format digital printers.\nStrong understanding of large format print processes, materials, and finishing requirements.\nGood eye for colour accuracy and detail, with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.\nAbility to read and interpret print specifications and job tickets.\nOrganised and reliable, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a production environment.\nA positive, flexible team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.What’s On Offer\n\nA salary of £28,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience.\n25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.\nFree onsite parking.\nA well-equipped production department featuring modern EFI Vutek technology.\nSupportive, collaborative team culture in a respected Northampton-based business.\nThe opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-end print and display projects.If you’re an experienced Large Format Printer Operator ready to bring your skills to a busy, quality-focused production team in Northampton, get in touch today to learn more
