Salt Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a Local Government organisation in South-West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a background in public sector or corporate IT environments to provide hands-on support in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 2nd line IT support, troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
2. Support and maintain Windows 10, Windows Server OS, Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
3. Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, VPNs, and remote support tools.
4. Provide technical assistance with mobile devices (iOS & Android), laptops, and desktops.
5. Install and upgrade software as required.
6. Work with virtualisation technologies such as vSphere and Azure Virtual Desktops.
