We have an opportunity for an Exams Officer to join the school exams department in delivering the successful provision for exams across the whole school.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm but can be variable depending upon the exam timetable. This role is available to start soon.

The school requires the following responsibilities:
8. Monitor and supervise exam rooms to guarantee adherence to established guidelines
9. Distribute and collect exam materials with precision and attention to detail
10. Provide clear instructions to candidates and address any inquiries professionally
11. Maintain a vigilant presence to prevent and inform any potential misconduct during exams
12. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to process student data to provide statistical reports and analysis
13. Recording details of late arrivals and early leavers and collecting scripts from early leavers
14. Supervising any candidates who may need to leave the room in accordance with exam regulations
15. Collaborate with fellow invigilators and administrative staff to ensure seamless exam processes
These are some of the requirements that we need from you :
16. Experience of working in a school or further education setting
17. Experience in the role of an examinations officer
18. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
19. An enhanced DBS on the update service
20. 2 proven professional reference
21. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
22. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
23. Punctuality and reliability are essential
24. Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
