JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing company that has been established for over 20 years.
You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
* Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
* Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
* Provide guidance to promote adoption of methods and tools.
* Experience in requirements definition and prioritization for large initiatives.
* Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
* Advise on techniques and influence customers.
* Team management or mentoring experience is preferred.
