1 FTE (FIXED TERM 3 YEARS) Grade 7a or 8 depending on qualification and experience. Salary Range: Grade 7a £41,064 – £47,389 / Grade 8 £48,822 – £58,225. Part‑time and job shares can be considered.
Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed‑term (3 years) Lecturer in Prosthetics and Orthotics in the School of Allied Health Professions and Pharmacy, within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Orthotist to teach within a 2‑year pre‑registration Master’s programme.
Candidate Profile
We are particularly seeking those candidates with a strong clinical background in Orthotics.
Those new to teaching will be welcome to apply and will be required to undertake a teaching certification (if not already held).
MSc Prosthetics and Orthotics programme has proudly and consistently graduated high‑quality practitioners.

Students also all have inter‑professional educational opportunities with other Faculty of Medicine and Health Science students.
