We are a friendly and supportive primary school in Bracknell seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and keen to make a real difference in children’s learning.
About the Role:
* Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across the primary age range.
* Leading whole-class learning when required.
* Delivering targeted interventions to small groups and individual pupils.
* Assisting with planning, preparation and assessment under the guidance of class teachers.
* Supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning effectively.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience).
* Has experience working in a primary school setting.
* Is confident in leading whole-class teaching when needed.
* Is enthusiastic, flexible and able to work well as part of a team.
* Has strong communication and organisational skills.
