The SecOps Lead will be subject matter expert on security incident detection and response, and driving continuous improvement across outsourced SOC''s and in-house teams of analysts and engineers. You’ll have experience of managing incidents affecting applications and infrastructure across a varied technology stack spanning both cloud and on-premise environments, and of undertaking post incident reviews to identify root causes and put follow-up mitigations in place.We're looking for someone who is pragmatic, with a good understanding of the risks to the business and practical ways to mitigate them, someone who can make the most of the tools available and solve problems creatively.
