Overview
Our client is seeking an Accounts & Client Administrator to support its finance and customer operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and solid experience using Xero.
Key Responsibilities
* Bank reconciliation and cashflow processing in Xero
* Processing third-party payments, remittances and reimbursements
* Preparing and issuing invoices and payment reports
* Managing purchase orders and supplier payments
* Handling customer queries and account administration
* Supporting customer onboarding and offboarding processes
* General administrative support, including occasional call handling
Skills & Experience
* Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping or a finance support role
* Strong proficiency in Xero
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
Desirable:
* Experience in a technology, SaaS or service-based environment
* Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment platforms
* Understanding of DVLA or fuel/fleet industry processes
