We have an exciting role on offer within our Strategic Procurement and Commissioning service as an Assistant Placement Officer.
We are looking to appoint an Assistant Placement Officer in our Children's Commissioning Team. This role is responsible for supporting Children's Services in sourcing high quality external placements that can meet the need of our children and young people.
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, can work in a fast-paced environment and can manage sensitive situations.
This post is based in the Children's Commissioning Team and will be managed by the Placement Manager. There are 2 Assistant Placement Officers and together they support sharing referrals for placements and dealing with queries from both providers and the service area.
This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be office based two days, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of your working week.
