TML Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading national property consultancy to support the strategic growth of their healthcare division. Our client are on an incredible growth trajectory and their Healthcare team is widely known as a leader in the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director or Director to spearhead the development of their secondary healthcare services, with a particular focus on dental and pharmacy valuations.
This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead a specialist service line within a well-established business. Working closely with the Head of Healthcare, the successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the firms footprint across key regional markets, delivering high-quality valuation and advisory services, and driving new business opportunities. Our client already has significant foot print in the secondary market but require someone tenacious and ambitious to help drive it on and be significantly rewarded for doing so.
