What You’ll Do:
* Perform residential electrical service and repairs
* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
* Ensure all work is code-compliant and safety-focused
* Communicate clearly with customers, provide estimates, and explain solutions
* Represent the Tom Drexler brand with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
* Residential electrical experience required
* Licensed Electrician preferred
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

* Open availability (Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays)
We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team as a Residential Electrical Service Technician in Cincinnati OH. The ideal candidate will have open availability, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. The Residential Electrician works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed, will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEU’s, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay as well as performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical repairs and installations in residential settings.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
* Performs residential service calls for electrical components.
* Assesses electrical needs and troubleshoots electrical issues.
* Provides advice on electrical equipment condition and problem solutions.
* Provides estimates to customers.
* Completes repairs and installations of electrical components.
* Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
