WAITER - Full Time or Weekends Only EARNINGS: 28,910.40 per annum OTE *prorated for weekend only positions* HOURS: 32-40 hours, including weekends / 16hrs for weekends only *The on target earning potential for this role is 29,910.40 per annum based on a 40-hour contract - comprising a base salary of 25,750.40 plus a qualified estimate of 4,160 in gratuities and service charge*. ABOUT THE ROLE Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury caf s and farm shops in the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging F&B Team Member to join our team. You'll ideally have worked in a restaurant or caf setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Caf Team Member you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and in accordance with hygiene and quality standards Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests Maintain cleanliness of the caf area, including tables, counters, equipment, and food prep areas Handle payments and operate the till, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing Restock supplies and assist with inventory, helping to keep the caf well-organized and fully stocked SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service Come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality First-class communication skills Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
